Comes with Intelli-Touch Radio Frequency Wall Control - 6 fan speeds
and full range light dimmer (no-uplight), reversable, Safe-Exit,
Home-Safe, Fan Minder, Light Minder. Compatable fans have a "Z" at the
end of the model number and do not include an uplight.
The Bel Air has simple yet elegant lines. The fine finish of the
motor housing and blades shows the quality that Casablanca is renown
for.

**DUE TO THE WAY THE CASABLANCA CEILING FAN 3845Z IS PACKAGED FOR SHIPPING THERE MAY BE SOME ASSEMBLY REQUIRED.**Minimum Ceiling Height Requirement: This fan requires a minimum
ceiling height of at least 93.25" in order to meet building codes. If
your ceiling is lower than 93.25" then you may need to add a flushmount
adapter or close to ceiling dowrod if one is available for the fan (see
below).
If you cannot find what you need to make this fan work in your room,
please give us a call so we can check to see if there are any further
alternatives.
UL Listed for Indoor use only
The Casablanca Bel Air is UL Listed for Indoor use only, so it is not
designed to be exposed to moisture or harsh elements. Do not install
this fan outside your house. It is also not recommended
for bathrooms that have a shower or tub or laundry rooms, both of which
produce excessive amounts of moisture.
